I want to begin by saying thank you to all you lovely followers for blowing up my last YouTube video (Vlog 13). It was a “country music video,” and my lack of country experience means it is just as wacky and silly as you can imagine. Matching that with my inability to hold a rhythm, and it’s a wild-good time. Check it out by clicking on the link to my YouTube. I made a promise on social media that I would make another video is the first got 200 views, and it did, so another video is in the works. Here’s a hint: It’s gonna be a lot of Fun.
Next point of interest: I want to talk about doing the impossible for a minute. I have always believed you can do almost anything you set your mind too, and ironically enough I am about to set upon a challenge that will push me to my physical limits, challenge everything I have known about myself, and maybe turn me into a whole new person…
I’m going to eat (or at least attempt) the Fat Guys Burger Challenge in Tulsa. A few of my friends were joking about the amount of food I can eat (when I want to, that is–I’m not normally a complete glutton). That being said, the “Fat Guys Burger Competition” popped onto my radar. Here is the challenge, straight from Fat Guy’s website:
“FAT GUY’S BURGER BAR CHALLENGE IS: TWO POUND PATTY, ONE POUND OF
BACON(15 SLICES) TWO (4OZ) HOT DOGS, 8 SLICES AMERICAN CHEESE,
LETTUCE, TOMATO, ONION AND YOUR CHOICE OF CONDIMENT. ALL OF THIS
TAKES PLACE ON A ONE POUND BUN. DON’T FORGET TO EAT THE POUND OF
FRENCH FRIES! ALL IN 60 MINUTES.”
If I can do it in under an hour then the meal is free and I get a place on the Wall of Fat forever (my crowning achievement, right?) And of course, this journey will be covered in my next video blog.
